| WHY DO WE SOMETIMES REQUIRE A "DONOR" HARNESS? |
On occasion, we may require our customer to
supply us with an original "donor" harness. We will use
one or more components off this "donor" harness to manufacture
their new harness.
The needed components (usually connectors
or a fuse block) must be The reason for requiring a "donor" harness is that some of the unique components on them are not available, and are no longer being reproduced. Without these components, your harness can not be produced. If you place an order for a harness that requires a "donor" harness, we will contact with more specific information, after we receive your order. Harnesses purchases that require a

Special Order
Products Many of our wiring harnesses are considered a "special order" item, custom built to a car's specifications. Please be certain that you order the correct item and application for your vehicle. "Special Order" items are: Products for Corvette*, 1955-57 Chevrolet
full-size and Jeep are not "special order" items, and are
in-stock, ready to ship. Why are many of your
items considered a "special order" item? Since we sell a LOT of wiring products for Corvette, 1955-57 Chevrolet Full-Size and Jeep, we keep our shelves well stocked with these products and can therefore promise the fastest shipping! How long will it take to

BACK ORDERS |
99% of our Corvette and 1955-57 Chevrolet full-size wiring is in stock and ready to ship. However, on occasion, due to high demand, we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. STANDARD SHIPPING: Our standard method of shipping to U.S.A. and Canada. All in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours! "Special order" or non-stock items will be shipped as soon as those items(s) have been manufactured.
Shipping/handling/insurance
fees are not refundable. In the event that a shipment is refused by
customer, customer is responsible for all original shipping and return
shipping charges (shipping/handling/insurance/duties/taxes). NOTE: For standard shipping to CANADA simply select the "shipping to CANADA" option, and the "UPS Ground" option. You will be charged the rate shown on the order form and your items will be shipped. NOTE: For the most economical shipping outside the U.S.A. (except Canada), select the "International" shipping option and "UPS Ground" option when placing your order. We will email you the the most economical (actual) shipping rate + a $5 handling fee. We will wait for your approval prior to charging your credit card and shipping your items. SHIPPING: When you place your order, we will email you the most economical (actual) shipping rate + a $5 handling fee. All overseas shipments, via U.S. Air Mail, will require "Delivery Confirmation" receipt and insurance. Additional fees will be charged. We will always determine the most economical method of shipping to our overseas customers (via UPS or USPS), depending on the size of the package, value and destination. C.O.D. orders are not accepted online. Please call us at 1-708-563-0400 to place a C.O.D. order. C.O.D. delivery to U.S.A. address will incur an additional $9.00 C.O.D. fee. Please have a certified check, cashier's check, or money order ready to pay the U.P.S. driver. Driver can not accept cash or personal check. | WARRANTY |
We warranty ALL our
products to be without defects and to function like new or as-original at the time of
purchase. While most manufacturers do not warranty electrical items, we will repair or replace our product in the event of a manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year* from the date of original purchase, with dated proof of purchase and an explanation for the return. This warranty does not cover shipping/insurance charges to or from our facility. Our warranty covers normal consumer use, and does not cover damages that occur in shipping, or failure that results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper care and maintenance. Under any circumstances, the liability of Lectric Limited or the manufacturer shall be limited to the original cost of the item paid, and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages which may occur as a result of the use or misuse of any of our products. Special Order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and require a 2-3 week delivery time. Subject to inspection, non-special order items, that have not been used or installed, may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase with a copy of your original receipt and explanation for the return. Unlike most companies that sell electrical items and have a "no return" policy, we feel that our policy is very generous. Returned item must be in the original packaging. Unused & un-installed items that are not wanted or were incorrectly ordered and returned to us, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special orders can not be canceled, returned or refunded. Shipping, handling, insurance, or duty fees are non-refundable. If you purchased an item through one of our dealers, please make all claims through that dealer. |

| SHORTAGES | When you receive your order, immediately check for any damages, shortages or errors. All damages, shortages or errors must be claimed within 30 days or receipt. | DAMAGES | Shipping related: Immediately report any shipping related damages to the carrier. Retain original box and all packing materials. Do not return items directly to us.
