These Fuse Block Repair Kits include a new fuse block with the correct white scripting
for your year of Corvette, new Buss bars, and fuse clips.
These kits do not include the Bulk Head Connector.

For all non-Corvette vehicles, the Fuse Block Repair Kit is a "Special Order" item. This repair kit is a very specialized part for non-Corvette applications. To make sure you order the correct fuse block repair kit for your car, and before we will process your order, you will need to do a little homework. You will need to tell us the part number of the DASH HARNESS your car would use if you were to, hypothetically, replace your Dash Harness. From this Dash Harness part number, we can determine the exact fuse block you need. You can go to on-line catalog & order form to obtain the Dash Harness part number for your car. If you order on-line, write this Dash Harness part number in the comments field of the order form.

Because it is difficult to replace your existing fuse block, especially if your old harness is still in your car, we encourage you to purchase a new, complete Dash Harness instead. A new dash harness (for most cars) will include that fuse block also include a new bulkhead connector. There are no returns, refunds, or replacement of components broken during installation. We are providing this kit only as a courtesy to our customers.

BULKHEAD CONNECTOR REPAIR KIT (CORVETTE ONLY)

The bulkhead connector attaches to the back side of the fuse block, in the engine compartment. These Corvette bulkhead repair kits include a new connector, terminals and firewall gasket.

Because it is very difficult to replace your existing bulk head connector, especially if your old harness is still in your car, we encourage you to purchase a new, complete Dash Harness. A new dash harness will also include a new fuse block and bulkhead connector.

TEMPERATURE SENDING UNIT LEAD REPAIR KIT

Over the years, because of the lack of accurate replacement temperature sending units, car owners and mechanics were forced to improvise. After finding a sending unit that "worked", they would cut-off the original terminal & connector from their harness and splice on one that mated to their new sending unit. With this kit, you can repair your temperature sending unit lead wire and get it back to the way it originally looked and functioned.
Kits includes new asphalt loom, wire, terminal and connector and are pre-assembled.

WIRE HARNESS TAPE - NON-ADHESIVE (FOR ALL MAKE/MODEL CARS)

This is the correct non-adhesive tape used to wrap wiring harnesses. Unlike regular electrical tape, this tape does not have adhesive. It will not melt in the high temperature engine compartment, or slime-over after a period of time. This tape clings to itself when overlapped. 100 ft. roll available in 3 widths: 3/4", 1" or 1-1/4".
The 3/4" roll is recommended when wrapping a small diameter harness (10 wires or less for example). The larger diameter roll can be used when wrapping a dash harness or similar, large diameter harness.

Through the years, car owners and stereo shops have cut-off and discarded the original radio terminals and connectors in order to install an alternative radio/stereo system. So what is the restorer to do when he wants to install an original Delco radio but can't find the original-type connectors? These radio connectors are the solution. Simply splice into your existing dash harness. Includes connectors with pigtails. Leads are correctly color coded for easy identification and installation.
